Student Review: “Bryant University is a private institution with a strong business program located in Smithfield, RI. While there, I studied marketing and thoroughly enjoyed the small class interactions, focus on global and international business, tight knit community and access to large scale opportunities. As an undergraduate, I attended a 3 credit course that took place in China during winter break and counted towards my business degree. The marketing department at Bryant closely collaborates with TJX and Target for different semester long projects and competitions to engage all students in the marketing process. I think that the university could use more of an investment in technology infrastructure for the institution. Each student receives a lenovo laptop as a part of tuition, however on-campus WIFI isn’t always working, some classrooms still have chalkboards, and the projectors and audio throughout campus could be improved. The best thing about the campus though is that professors who are connected in their respective fields and primarily focus on their students’ future. I’ve seen multiple professors set up students with direct contacts in the marketing and management fields to help them land the right internship or job.” – student at Bryant University
